Classification:

Applications:
 
CBN grinding wheels are suitable for processing high manganese steel, high chromium, nickel, molybdenum alloy steel, chilled cast iron and other materials, and are particularly suitable for stable high-precision grinding in automated, semi-automated and multi-machine management production. 
 
Notes:
 
CBN grinding wheel is not suitable for grinding carbide and non-metallic hard materials. Under high grinding temperature, CBN will react chemically with alkaline aqueous solution. CBN grinding wheel will decompose in 300℃ alkaline solution and can decompose slightly in boiling water, which will destroy the crystal shape of abrasive grains. Therefore, only oil-based coolant can be used for grinding, not water-based coolant.
